The NCC-A automatic capsule counting machine is a highly efficient device designed by CapsulCN for capsule counting and filling. The machine can accurately count any number of capsules from 0 to 9999, equipped with a touch screen controller to adjust the speed and display operating parameters, and has an automatic control function to stop releasing capsules when the preset number is reached.
It supports a variety of capsule specifications (from 000# to 5#), has a counting accuracy of up to 99.9%, and a production capacity of 20,000~40,000 capsules/hour. All drug contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel, which meets GMP standards, ensuring accuracy and safety during the production process.
In addition, NCC-A uses a variable frequency speed motor drive to simplify the operation and maintenance process. At the same time, its compact design and low noise operation also make it an ideal automated counting and filling solution.
