Description
The JTJ-V Pro+ features a dual-loading system, allowing users to install two sets of capsule loading components. This setup enables quick changeover between capsule sizes with minimal downtime. Moreover, the machine is equipped with an automatic turntable. The turntable rotates precisely during capsule dispensing, filling, and locking processes. This ensures accurate positioning and smooth workflow throughout the operation. It also has many other advantages.
Highlighted Features
- Flexible capsule handling system. Three-stage capsule processing is involved, including loading, orienting, and separation. The machine uses a vacuum suction to ensure accurate capsule body-cap separation. In addition, the automatic stop function is activated once the mold plate is full.
- Precise filling mechanism. This semi-automatic capsule filler is equipped with a crew-driven hopper for precise powder dosing. The filling speed could be adjusted for the turntable and hopper motor.
- Smart control system. The machine is controlled via Siemens PLC and touchscreen. It also features a servo motor and three frequency converters for operation.
- Flexible power configuration. It is available in single or three-phase with multiple voltage options, equipped with ground protection and safe circuit control
