Unlike other pill counters, the NCC-A capsule counting machine counts in a unique manner. It comes with a 5-slot capsule feeding mechanism that includes a magazine, sorting block, and horizontal sorting fingers—just like the ones found in semi-auto capsule fillers.
Five capsules are dispensed by the mechanism and drop through a funnel at a time into bottles. This gives you consistent and accurate counts without relying on optical sensors. It also features a conveyor system for the automatic transport of bottles. The NCC-A is a solid choice for anyone looking for a compact capsule counting and bottle filling machine.
