SF-40B series dust-absorbing ultra-fine pulverizer is developed by CapsulCN and is designed for the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. The equipment has a reasonable structure, stable operation and low noise. It is equipped with a dust-absorbing fan and a material collection box to effectively recover dust.
The contact parts are made of 316 stainless steel and meet GMP standards. When working, the motor drives the main shaft to rotate at high speed, and the relative movement between the moving and fixed gear discs impacts and rubs the materials; the crushed materials are filtered through the sieve holes under the action of centrifugal force and fall into the collection bag. At the same time, the dust-absorbing fan sucks the dust into the collection box for recycling.
The SF-40B Fine Grinders are engineered to grind dry, free-flowing materials to a fine 120 mesh with precise particle size distribution. These grinders are ideal for heat-sensitive materials like resins and sugar, thanks to their efficient design that allows easy access to all internal components.
