The CHL series wet mixer granulators are designed for rapid mixing and granulation in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. Each model combines dual-speed mixing and cutting functions to produce uniform granules. With working volumes ranging from 15L to 210L, this series meets the needs of both small and large-scale production. It takes only 7-10 minutes to complete each batch of granulation and uses less adhesive. It shortens the drying time.
From CHL-50w to CHL-300w, this series offers consistent granule quality through a fully enclosed process. Whether handling vitamins, antibiotics, food additives, or industrial chemicals, the machines produce spherical, dense granules with good flowability. The structure ensures operator safety with interlocked motors and automatic shut-off features. With models up to 300L in volume and powerful motors up to 16 kW, the CHL-W series meets growing demands for high-speed and large-batch wet granulation.
