The CYK granulator series is designed specifically for wet granulation. It turns moist powder blends into consistent and free-flowing granules. This prepares materials for tablet compression or capsule filling. This granulator machine produces high-quality granules with minimal fines.
These wet granulators operate with a unique reciprocating roller system that rotates in both directions. It prevents blockages and improves efficiency. The user can easily change the screen mesh to control granule size, while transparent side windows offer a clear view of the granulation process. Granules are discharged smoothly from a front outlet into a collection tray. Designed for convenience and productivity, the CYK series supports flexible material processing in both small-scale and larger production settings.
