The CYK60W-90W-160W series granulator is manufactured by Anxine. It is a simple and reasonable structure, advanced granulation method and energy-saving equipment suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. The machine can produce uniform granules with less powder content, long service life and meets GMP standards. After the material enters through the feed hopper, it is processed into granules under the action of the rotating drum.
The drum is equipped with bearing supports at the front and back and is driven by a rack to rotate clockwise and counterclockwise regularly, ensuring the consistency of particle size and efficient production. The end face of the front bearing seat is removable for easy disassembly and maintenance; the discharge port is square, and observation windows are set on both sides of the feed hopper to facilitate the observation and collection of finished granules.
The Vibrating Granulator CYK Series is extensively used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, pottery, and plastics. It efficiently converts moist powder materials into granules by reciprocally swinging a cylinder to extrude material through a screen mesh. This machine is also capable of crushing agglomerated materials into smaller granules, making it ideal for high-viscosity substances.
