How Are Liquid Capsules Made?

Capsule Separation and Orientation

The machine feeds empty capsules from a hopper. It separates the capsule cap and body, and then places them into the correct positions in the filling station.

Liquid Preparation

Liquid Filling

The dosing nozzle moves above the capsule body. The measured liquid flows into the capsule body with controlled speed and volume.

Capsule Closing
