If you need to grind different materials into fin powders, the WF series is your good partner. It can pulverize the Chinese medicinal herb, drug, mineral, chemical raw materials, etc. The series could be used in the pharma, food and chemical industries.
In this series, there are many models to choose from. Each has different rotary speed and processing capacity. The dimension and material sizes are also various. You can select the best one according to your production needs. When operating the machine, some notices you should know.
Instruction Before Use
- Before use, please check if the driving section parts are loose or having other abnormal conditions. Also, you need to check if the running direction is the same with the direction of arrow.
- When using the machine, let the machine run without materials for 1-2 minutes. If all is normal, then you can start the operation.
How to operate the WF series machines for powder grinding?
Step 1: Gradually pour the materials that need to be grinded into the hopper. You should observe the motor power supply and if the machine runs well.

Step 2: If everything is normal, fix the discharging gate firmly.

Step 3: Press the button to start the machine.

Step 4: The materials are grinded into powders and flow out from the machine.

How to replace the screen mesh?
Screen mesh controls the powder particle size. Material can discharge only after passing through the mesh openings. Smaller openings produce finer powder, while larger openings produce coarser powder. The screen mesh also blocks oversized particles, which helps keep the final particle size stable.
However, after a long time of high-speed impact, the mesh openings may become larger or irregular, and particle size control becomes worse.
The screen mesh may also become clogged or develop cracks. In this case, a new screen mesh is required to maintain production efficiency. Here is a video about how to change it for your reference.
Step 1: Loosen all the screws around the part.

Step 2: Take out the old screen mesh.

Step 3: Place the new screen mesh and refix it.

Step 4: Tighten all screws.

How to Clean the Powder Grinding?
Step 1: Loosen the fastening handle to open the door.

Step 2: Remove the seal ring.

Step 3: Take out the grinding assembly.

Step 4: Clean the residual powder with a brush.

Step 5: Blow out the remaining powder with compressed air.

Step 6: Spray cleaning fluid.

Step 7: Wipe the surface with a dustless cloth.

Step 8: Clean the inside of the door.

Step 9: Clean the discharge outlet area.
