The AGC-LD20 is a semi-automatic gummy making system. It features a modular three-unit design:
- Jacketed cooker: Prepares the gummy slurry
- Semi-auto depositor: Doses slurry into gummy molds
- Pneumatic demolder: Releases the finished gummies from molds
Section 1: Operation Procedures
Step 1: Manually pour gummy base ingredients into the large bowl of the jacketed cooker.

Step 2: Power on the cooker to activate the control panel. Then set the temperature. Press the push buttons to start heating and stirring.

Step 3: Once the slurry is cooked and mixed, remove the cooker lid. Rotate the side handwheel to tilt the kettle. Pour the hot slurry into a transfer bucket.

Step 4: Switch on the depositor and activate all heating controls.

Step 5: Transfer the hot gummy slurry from the bucket into the depositor’s top feed hopper.

Step 6: Place an empty mold onto the metal track beneath the depositing nozzles. Slide it into position.

Step 7: Gently step on the foot pedal to trigger dosing. The nozzles dispense a precise amount of slurry into each mold cavity. Remove the filled mold and set it aside to cool and solidify.

Step 8: When gummies are fully set, move the mold to the pneumatic demolder. Place the mold upside down onto the base plate. Align the mold with the ejection plate above.

Step 9: Pull the manual lever on the side to engage the pneumatic cylinder. The ejection plate descends and pushes ejector pins through the back of the mold to release the finished gummies.
