How to Operate the SF-40B to Grind Materials into Fine Powders?
This model is used to grind various types of materials into fine powder at a high speed. It separates finished powder and dust through a screen. The dust could be collected with a suction system to reduce material loss. This powder grinder machine features stable operation with low noise, easy operation and maintenance. Here is the detailed operation process for your reference.
Step 1: Close the material baffle to prevent the powders from flowing out.

Step 2: Pour the materials into the hopper.

Step 3: Turn on the main power switch and the dust suction switch.

Step 4: Slowly open the material baffle, so the material enters the grinding chamber at a steady rate.

Step 5: The material is pulverized and the finished powder falls into the material collecting box.

You can check the video to see it more clearly.
How to Maintain the SF-40B Grinder?
Step 1: After finishing work, clean the hopper, hammer, mesh sieve and collecting boxes with alcohol and a soft cloth. If there is any position out of reach, use compressed air.
Step 2: If the SF-40B grinder is to be idle for a long time, clean it entirely and cover it with a cloth.
Step 3: Regularly check the bearing and replace high-speed bearing grease to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Besides, check the easily damaged parts frequently and replace them in time if there is serious wear.
