How to Operate the CF-15 Model for Powder Grinding?
This powder grinder CF-15 is designed for ultra-fine and precise grinding of dry materials. It combines air separation, strong shear, and pressure grinding to turn materials into fine powders. The operation is easy with buttons.
Step 1: Click the feed start button after feeding the materials.
Step 2: Adjust the motor speed to meet your requirements for powder density.
Step 3: Click the button for the machine on.
Step 4: Click the smash start button.
Step 5: Click the fan to start. You can find the fan works.
Step 6: Click the hierarchical start.
Step 7: Click the discharge start to get the powders.

How to Check Wiring Connections
Step 1: Check all wiring connections based on the labels, color, and user manual, then tighten all connections.
Step 2: Before testing, turn on the circuit breaker.
Step 3: Power on the machine first. Then start each function (Smash, Fan, Hierarchical, Discharge, and Feed) one by one to check whether each operates normally and in the correct direction.
Note: Turn off the previous function before starting the next.
Step 4: During the operation of each function, if any abnormality occurs, such as unusual noise, failure to start, or incorrect rotation, turn off the function immediately. Then check and adjust the wiring connections again.
