How to Use the V Series V Blender
Step 1: Unfasten the clamps on both inlet ports. Then remove the lids and seal rings.
Step 2: Use a scoop to load materials into the vessel through the open ports.
Step 3: Place the seal rings and lids back onto the inlet ports. Then tighten the locking clamps. This prevents leakage during rotation.
Step 4: Set the required mixing time on the digital timer based on the materials.
Step 5: Release the Emergency Stop button to restore operation. The power indicator light will illuminate red.
Step 6: Press the Start button to begin the mixing cycle. The powder indicator light will switch to green.
Step 7: The mixing vessel will rotate a full 360 degrees. This motion splits and recombines the materials inside repeatedly to form a uniform powder blend.
Step 8: When the mixing time’s up, the V blender stops automatically. Make sure the vessel is in the upright position with the discharge valve facing downward. If it isn’t, press and hold the Inching button to rotate the vessel slowly and adjust its position.
Step 9: Place a collection container under the discharge outlet.
Step 10: Pull the handle to open the butterfly valve at the bottom point of the “V”. The mixed powder will free-fall into the container.
How to Use the V-1 V Blender

Step 1: Open the transparent safety cover on the V-shaped mixing vessel.
Step 2: Release the toggle latches and remove the lid.
Step 3: Use a scoop to carefully load the materials into the mixing vessel.
Step 4: Close the lid and fasten the toggle latches to seal the mixing container.
Step 5: Lower the transparent safety cover to enclose the mixing area.
Step 6: Press START on the control panel to power on the V blender. Turn the speed control dial to set the blender rotation speed. The digital display will show the current setting.
Step 7: Watch the blender rotate forward and backward to achieve a uniform mix of the materials.
Step 8: When mixing is complete, press STOP to stop the rotation. Open the safety cover. Loosen the fixing screw. Then gently remove the V-shaped vessel from the drive shaft.
Step 9: Place the vessel over a collection tray. Unlatch and open the lid. Then pour out the powder blend.
