How to Use the V Series V Blender
Section 1: Operation Procedures
Step 1: Unfasten the clamps on both inlet ports. Then remove the lids and seal rings.
Step 2: Use a scoop to load materials into the vessel through the open ports.
Step 3: Place the seal rings and lids back onto the inlet ports. Then tighten the locking clamps. This prevents leakage during rotation.
Step 4: Set the required mixing time on the digital timer based on the materials.
Step 5: Release the Emergency Stop button to restore operation. The power indicator light will illuminate red.
Step 6: Press the Start button to begin the mixing cycle. The powder indicator light will switch to green.
Step 7: The mixing vessel will rotate a full 360 degrees. This motion splits and recombines the materials inside repeatedly to form a uniform powder blend.
Step 8: When the mixing time’s up, the V blender stops automatically. Make sure the vessel is in the upright position with the discharge valve facing downward. If it isn’t, press and hold the Inching button to rotate the vessel slowly and adjust its position.
Step 9: Place a collection container under the discharge outlet.
Step 10: Pull the handle to open the butterfly valve at the bottom point of the “V”. The mixed powder will free-fall into the container.

Section 2: Basic Maintenance Guidelines
- The V-belt may loosen over time and should be adjusted to prevent slipping and wear. However, excessive tension must be avoided to prevent overheating.
- Electrical wiring should be protected from moisture at all times.
- The loading volume must not exceed two-thirds of the barrel’s total capacity. The recommended mixing time is 6–10 minutes.
- Fill the gearbox with No. 20 mechanical oil until it submerges the worm gear or worm shaft. Replace the oil every three months.
- The rolling bearings should be regularly lubricated with high-temperature grease. The grease should fill approximately one-third of the bearing chamber during each application.
Section 3: How to Replace the Time Relay
Step 1: Disconnect the wiring.
Step 2: Unlock the latch. You can use a tool like a screwdriver.
Step 3: Remove the bad time relay.
Step 4: Reinstall the time relay, following the removal steps in reverse.

How to Use the V-1 V Blender

Section 1: Operation Procedures
Step 1: Open the transparent safety cover on the V-shaped mixing vessel.
Step 2: Release the toggle latches and remove the lid.
Step 3: Use a scoop to carefully load the materials into the mixing vessel.
Step 4: Close the lid and fasten the toggle latches to seal the mixing container.
Step 5: Lower the transparent safety cover to enclose the mixing area.
Step 6: Press START on the control panel to power on the V blender. Turn the speed control dial to set the blender rotation speed. The digital display will show the current setting.
Step 7: Watch the blender rotate forward and backward to achieve a uniform mix of the materials.
Step 8: When mixing is complete, press STOP to stop the rotation. Open the safety cover. Loosen the fixing screw. Then gently remove the V-shaped vessel from the drive shaft.
Step 9: Place the vessel over a collection tray. Unlatch and open the lid. Then pour out the powder blend.

Section 2: Parameter Settings
Note: If the machine operation is suitable for production requirements, please do not set it arbitrarily
Step 1: Close the glass cover of the machine, turn on the main switch at the back of the machine, press the start button (ON) to start the motor, and press the stop button (OFF) to stop the motor.
Step 2: Press the “MODE” key on the instrument for 3 seconds and “F-01” is displayed1; press the key↑↓to F-23, press the ENTER key to change 1 to 3, and press the ENTER key.
Step 3: To modify each program, press ENTER to confirm.
Section 3: Maintenance Procedures
Step 1: Wipe the outside of the machine with a dry soft cloth. In places where there is a lot of dust and cannot be wiped, you can use compressed air to blow.
Step 2: Cleaning of the mixing tank: After use, the mixing tank must be disassembled for cleaning, and the residual materials should be cleaned with water or alcohol to avoid corrosion of the stainless steel tank.
Step 3: When wiping, pay attention to observe whether there are loose screws on the machine. If there are, they should be tightened immediately.
Regular maintenance: If the machine is out of use for a long time, it is necessary to wipe the V-type mixer completely clean and cover it with a tarp.
