- Material. You need to use free-flowing dry powders or fine granules with good particle uniformity, and avoid caking. Keep the moisture content at ≤3%.
- Capsules. Use empty capsules that meet ISO or industry standard tolerances, with stable quality and consistent wall thickness and length.
- Environment. Maintain a temperature of 20–25°C and relative humidity of 45–55%. For capsule storage, 20–22°C and about 50% RH are recommended. It prevents moisture absorption or deformation.
- High-viscosity or high-moisture materials, such as paste-like, cream-like, or oily powders. These materials tend to form lumps in the filling tubes or molds. So they are not suitable for uniform filling.
- Fully liquid contents. JTJ series is designed for dry powders and small granules. Liquids require dedicated liquid filling equipment and sealing methods.
- Ultra-fine powders with high hygroscopicity or strong static electricity. These powders can affect material flow and dosing accuracy. An anti-static or drying system may be required.
- Non-standard capsules or capsules with unstable quality. It means capsules have large wall thickness differences or excessive size tolerance. They may cause jamming or incomplete filling.
